Intro

Hello, everyone! My name is Ruslan. I'm a computer enthusiast, perfectionist, and a self-taught software developer through research & development. I enjoy coding, memes, music, books, movies, games, computers, engineering, making games, and creating videos. Currently, I’m studying Computer Science and Project Management. I also run a YouTube channel called kr1shtal, where I share my games and other programming-related content. Right now, I’m probably working on something exciting, as you might imagine.

Prehistory

I’ve been programming for about two years, and during this time I’ve developed the habit of improving myself daily as an engineer. I read books, learn step by step, and move closer to my goals every day, following the rule: "the best or nothing." I’m a full-time university student, which takes a lot of time and leaves only a little room for personal projects. Why did I choose software engineering? Because it gives me the freedom to do what I want, when I want, to learn new things, and to enjoy every moment. I actively work with game development, web development, and databases.

The Idea

You should know that much of the work in engineering is routine. I do all this because I truly enjoy engineering "in its pure form"—without unnecessary abstractions, analogies, or shortcuts. I code and explore purely out of interest, and I’m not excited by the idea of working for people who won’t fully use my potential.
